1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the website www.polematters.com, operated by the sole proprietorship Pole Matters (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller").

By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are pole dance accessories carefully selected from partner suppliers. Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur depending on the supplier.


4. Prices

Prices are listed in euros, including all applicable taxes (VAT included). The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.


5. Orders

An order is considered confirmed upon full payment. A confirmation email will be sent automatically to the Customer.


6. Payment

Payment is made online via the following methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal

All payments are secure and required at the time of order.


7. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped directly by the Seller’s logistics partners.

As a result:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, destination, and shipping conditions.

  • Estimated delivery times range from 7 to 30 business days depending on the destination.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary by product.

The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the order.

Before returning any item, the Customer must contact customer service at polematters@gmail.com for instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.


9. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the Customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must contact polematters@gmail.com within 48 hours, including photos of the item. The Seller will contact the supplier to offer an appropriate solution (exchange or refund).


10. Personal Data

Collected data is used only for order processing, customer service, and analytics. It is never sold or shared.

In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer may request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting polematters@gmail.com.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought. Failing that, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
